Cancellation Policy

The Exhibitor agrees to pay for the contracted booth space and any related services or furnishings, whether the space is occupied or not, and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the ISSA 2026 Booth Space Contract.

Full payment for booth space must be received by the deadlines specified by ISSA.

Exhibitors with outstanding balances may be denied access to the exhibition floor and will not be permitted to move in or set up their exhibit until payment has been received in full.

Cancellation or reduction of booth space must be submitted in writing to nbakka@cim.org and is subject to the following fees:

  • 50% of the total contract value if the cancellation or reduction is received before July 1, 2026.
  • 100% of the total contract value if the cancellation or reduction is received on or after July 1, 2026.

Should an Exhibitor cancel, withdraw, relinquish participation, reduce their booth space, or otherwise be unable to participate in ISSA 2026 for any reason, the Exhibitor remains responsible for all applicable cancellation fees and any outstanding balance owed under the Booth Space Contract.

Booth spaces may not be sublet, reassigned, or transferred without the prior written consent of ISSA.
