Note

  • All rates are in Canadian funds. Taxes (GST 5% and PST 6%) are extra and will be added to the total. 
  • Details on short courses and field trips will be released in January, with registration available at that time. These optional activities are offered at an additional cost.
Group Registration

ISSA 2026 is delighted to offer group savings to organisations who register 10 or more employees, as follows: 

  • Groups consisting of 10 to 19 employees will be eligible for a 10% discount on registration. 
  • Groups of 20 or more employees will be entitled to a 20% discount on registration. 

To apply, please contact registration@cim.org  with the number of individuals who will be registering.  A unique promotional code will be provided for your group.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing by email before August 11, 2026 to: registration@cim.org
  • A processing fee of $125 ($25 for students and retirees) applies to all cancelled registrations. After August 11, 2026, no refunds will be issued
  • Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by September 15, 2026 to:  registration@cim.org 
  • ISSA is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
